]]> Orientation for synagogue boards and development of current and future leadership is a critical component of the successful congregation.  The United Synagogue Southeast Seaboard District has developed several workshops and seminars, on a variety of topics, which can be presented with your board.  Our District staff has been conducting synagogue leadership seminars for many years.  They have hundreds of hours experience and have presented these seminars at Conservative congregations throughout North America.  We will tailor one or more sessions to meet the specific needs of your congregation and your board.  Sessions can be arranged as a part of your regular board meeting, as a stand-alone morning, afternoon, or evening workshop, a full-day seminar, or, if needed on on-going series.
